Please visit us. We are located on 19/129 five miles south of Blairsville at mile marker 8. We are open to the public Tuesday thru Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday we are closed and Monday is our delivery day.

George is usually back in the mill grinding or fixing our antique milling equipment. Since we use blue granite stones in our mills for grinding, you might catch him sharpening the rocks.

You will find me chatting on the phone, waiting on customers or cooking up a batch of samples for you to try! Whatever the day brings, we look forward to your visit!

Our stone grinding process utilizes the whole grain. Nothing is removed. We also grind at a much lower temperature than the high-speed roller mills used today in commercial milling.
